Training and development

We actively encourage continuous learning activities and promote professional development – offering a range of opportunities that are linked to business and personal development needs. These include everything from on-the-job training through to online learning and external courses. We also provide assistance with fees, as well as travel costs for employees undertaking relevant academic studies.

Your time here will start with a comprehensive induction programme, where you’ll meet other new starters, and see where your role fits into the bigger picture. Then, on a daily basis, it will be your manager who takes responsibility for meeting your learning and development needs. The majority of this ongoing training will be on-the-job with some formal training sessions included.
